Duesseldorf, August 9, 2022 – After a two-year dry spell, game fans will finally be conquering the Cologne exhibition halls again on August 24th, 2022: gamescom is back and with it, of course, astragon Entertainment! As part of Team17 Group PLC, the Düsseldorf-based publisher, together with their sister company Team17 Digital, is showing a varied line-up with a large number of exciting new games on a total of 907 square meters in the business and entertainment area.
astragon will present its current portfolio in the Entertainment Area in Hall 7 at booth B-040, visitors can expect several gameplay world premieres: For the first time, simulation fans can get behind the controls of heavy construction machines in the new Construction Simulator, arrest criminals in Police Simulator: Patrol Officers now also on consoles and organize local transport in a big city while on the go in Bus Simulator City Ride for Nintendo Switch™ and mobile devices. In addition to its popular own brands, the Duesseldorf-based publisher also presents selected titles from the portfolio of its French distribution partner Microids: In Asterix & Obelix XXXL: The Ram from Hibernia the world’s most famous Gauls return for another action-packed adventure, while the Smurfs speed up in entertaining races in Smurfs Kart. Retro fans will be delighted by the remake of an arcade classic with Arkanoid - Eternal Battle, while fists and elaborate (diesel punk) weapons will be fired up in F.I.S.T.: Forged In Shadow Torch and SIFU. Adventure fans can return to an iconic adventure series with Syberia: The World Before for consoles, and horse lovers discover new challenges on horseback with Horse Tales: Emerald Valley Ranch.
In Hall 4.2 of the Business Area, astragon cordially invites trade visitors and media representatives to get an insight into the current line-up at booth D-018. This year, astragon presents the titles Construction Simulator, Police Simulator: Patrol Officers and Bus Simulator City Ride.
